CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />Wednesday, May 26, 2021 <br />A virtual Study Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order on <br />Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at 5:00 PM, with Council President Kevin Gorman presiding. Council <br />Members present were Eric Younger, Mike Simpson, Michael Goodnow, Leslie Daugs, and Pat <br />Sullivan. Council Member Lori Wheat was absent. Lori Smith, Legislative Office Manager, and IT <br />Manager Dave Sorensen were present to provide staff support. <br />President Gorman established that to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, the City Council is <br />conducting the Study Session via a Zoom webinar with Council Members and staff participating <br />remotely. He further established that the Study Session was open for the public to listen in, but there <br />would be no opportunities for input; no action is anticipated; and the content of these items is subject <br />to change. If approved by the Council, items will be placed on the June 2, 2021 City Council Meeting <br />Agenda .. . <br />A. BRIEFINGS ON AGENDA ITEMS <br />1. Renewal of Pollution Liability Insurance with Hartford Insurance Co. Consent Agenda <br />2. Accept Surface Transportation Grant from PSRC; and approve WSDOT Local Agency <br />Agreement for the West Kitsap Way Planning Study General Business <br />4. Goods &Services Agreement with At -Work Commercial Enterprise, LLC for Landscape <br />Maintenance & Services General Business <br />5. Briefing on Water System Plan Update Information Only <br />6. Proposed Public Hearing on Ordinance to amend Title 20 of the Bremerton Municipal Code <br />related to Boundary Line Adjustments and Lot Size Averaging Public Hearing <br />7. Proposed Public Hearing on Ordinance to amend Section 20.46.040 of the Bremerton <br />Municipal Code related to Manufactured Homes Public Hearing <br />B.
