CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />Wednesday, May 121 2021 <br />A virtual Study Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order on <br />Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 5:00 PM, with Council President Kevin Gorman presiding. Council <br />Members present were Eric Younger, Mike Simpson, Michael Goodnow, Lori Wheat, Leslie Daugs, <br />and Pat Sullivan. Lori Smith, Legislative Office Manager, and IT Systems Administrator Kelly Wells <br />were present to provide staff support. <br />President Gorman established that to help reduce the spread of COVID-�9, the City Council is <br />conducting the Study Session via a Zoom webinar. He further established that the Study Session <br />was open for the public to listen in, but there would be no opportunities for input; no action is <br />anticipated; and the content of these items is subject to change. If approved by the Council, items <br />will be placed on the May 19, 2021 City Council Meeting Agenda... <br />A. BRIEFINGS ON AGENDA ITEMS <br />1. Ordinance amending the Bremerton Municipal Code relating to General Business <br />Licenses to support transition to WA State Business License Services online applications <br />General Business <br />2.
