CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />Wednesday, April 28, 2021 <br />A virtual Study Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order on <br />Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 5:00 PM, with Council President Kevin Gorman presiding. Council <br />Members present were Eric Younger, Mike Simpson, Michael Goodnow, Lori Wheat, and Leslie <br />Daugs. Council Member Pat Sullivan was absent. Lori Smith, Legislative Office Manager, and IT <br />Manager Dave Sorensen were present to provide staff support. <br />President Gorman established that to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, the City Council is <br />conducting the Study Session via a Zoom webinar with Council Members and staff participating <br />remotely. He further established that the Study Session was open for the public to listen in, but there <br />would be no opportunities for input, no action is anticipated, and the content of these items is subject <br />to change.
