CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />Wednesday, April 14, 2021 <br />A virtual Study Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order on <br />Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at 5:00 PM, with Council President Kevin Gorman presiding. Council <br />Members present were Eric Younger, Mike Simpson, Michael Goodnow, Lori Wheat, Leslie <br />Daugs, and Pat Sullivan. Lori Smith, Legislative Office Manager, and IT Manager Dave Sorensen <br />were present to provide staff support. <br />President Gorman established that to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, the City Council is <br />conducting the Study Session via a Zoom webinar with Council Members and staff participating <br />remotely. He further established that the Study Session was open for the public to listen in, but <br />there would be no opportunities for input; no action is anticipated; and the content of these items <br />is subject to change. If approved by the Council, items will be placed on the April 21, 2021 City <br />Council Meeting Agenda... <br />A.
