Council <br /> Members present were Richard Huddy, Michael Goodnow, Lori Wheat, Kevin Gorman, and Leslie <br /> Daugs. Council Member Pat Sullivan was absent. Legislative Assistant Christine Grenier was <br /> present to provide staff support. <br /> President Younger emphasized that the Study Session was open to the public, but there would <br /> be no opportunities for input or participation; and announced that approved items by Council will be <br /> placed on the June 19, 2019 Council Meeting Agenda or as indicated. <br /> A. BRIEFINGS ON AGENDA ITEMS <br /> 1. Sole Source Purchase of Automated Playback Equipment from CASTUS for Bremerton <br /> Kitsap Access Television (BKAT) Consent Agenda <br /> 2. Contract with Pape & Sons Construction, Inc. for the Marine Drive Stormwater LID <br /> Retrofit Consent Agenda <br /> 3. Purchase of Replacement Festoon Lighting from CED for 4th Street between Pacific and <br /> Park Avenues Consent Agenda <br /> 4. Ordinance amending Section 13.04.140 of the Bremerton Municipal Code (BMC) related <br /> to Liquor in Parks General Business <br /> 5. Amendment No. 1 to the Consulting Agreement with BMcConsulting, LLC for Lobbying <br /> Services Consent Agenda <br /> B.
