Council <br /> Members present were Richard Huddy, Michael Goodnow, Lori Wheat, Kevin Gorman, Leslie Daugs, <br /> and Pat Sullivan. Legislative Assistant Christine Grenier was present to provide staff support. <br /> A. ROUNDTABLE —With the Council Members and Mayor Wheeler; and members of the <br /> Bremerton High School Youth Council Jada Cruz; Anamae Gatchalian; Erika Bowers; Andrea <br /> Wiren; Joash Smith; and Chloe Painter <br /> At 5:15 PM the meeting was moved to the Council Conference Room for the Study Session. <br /> President Younger emphasized that the Study Session was open to the public, but there would <br /> be no opportunities for input or participation; and announced that approved items by Council will be <br /> placed on the May 1, 2019 Council Meeting Agenda or as indicated. <br /> B.
