DIGITAL RECORDING <br />CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />Wednesday, February 27, 2019 <br />A Study Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the Council <br />Conference Room of the NOW DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER, 345 6th Street, Bremerton, <br />Washington, Wednesday, February 27, 2019, at 5:00 PM, with Council President Eric Younger <br />presiding. Council Members present were Richard Huddy, Michael Goodnow, Lori Wheat, Kevin <br />Gorman, and Leslie Daugs. Council Member Pat Sullivan was absent. Legislative Office <br />Manager Lori Smith was present to provide staff support. <br />President Younger emphasized that the Study Session was open to the public but there would <br />be no opportunities for input or participation; and announced that approved items by Council will <br />be placed on the March 6, 2019 Council Meeting Agenda or as indicated. <br />A. BRIEFINGS ON AGENDA ITEMS <br />1. Purchase of Madvac 10175 Compact High Efficiency Vacuum Sweeper Consent <br />Agenda <br />2. Salmon Recovery Funding Board (SRFB) Project Agreement for the Northlake Way <br />Preliminary Design for the Kitsap Lake Culvert Replacement Consent Agenda <br />3. Update on the 2019 Water System Plan — Cami Apfelbeck, Water Resources Manager <br />Information Only <br />4. Professional Services Agreement with Robinson Noble, Inc. for Hydrogeological <br />Services Consent Agenda <br />5. Proposed public hearing on an ordinance amending Chapter 20.10 of the Bremerton <br />Municipal Code entitled "Comprehensive Plan Amendments"; and repealing Section <br />20.70.030 of the Bremerton Municipal Code entitled "Accessory Uses" within the District <br />Center Core Public Hearing <br />B.
