DIGITAL RECORDING <br />CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />Wednesday, May 9, 2018 <br />A Study Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the Council <br />Conference Room of the NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER, 345 6th Street, Bremerton, <br />Washington, Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at 5:00 PM, with Council President Eric Younger <br />presiding. Council Members present were Richard Huddy, Tony Hillman, Kevin Gorman, Leslie <br />Daugs, and Pat Sullivan. Council Member Michael Goodnow was absent. Lori Smith, Legislative <br />Assistant, was present to provide staff support. <br />President Younger emphasized that the Study Session is open to the public, but there will be <br />no opportunities for input or participation; no action is anticipated except when deemed <br />appropriate; and the content of these items is subject to change. If approved by the Council, <br />items will be placed on the May 16, 2018 City Council Meeting Agenda <br />A. LIMITED PRESENTATION PLANNED —The following items are budgeted items or subjects <br />that have been raised with the appropriate Council Committee Members... <br />1. Confirm Appointment of Ramesh Rabadia to the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee <br />Consent Agenda <br />2. Confirm Appointment of Erik Pedersen to the Planning Commission Consent Agenda <br />3. Purchase of Hurst Extrication Tools from Curtis Tools for use by the Fire Department <br />General Business <br />4. Fleet Management Software License and Management Agreement with AssetWorks, <br />LLC for use by the Equipment Services Division Consent Agenda <br />5. Interlocal Agreement with the Port of Bremerton for Design Oversight of the Puget <br />Sound Industrial Center— Bremerton to Belfair Sewer Connection Project Consent <br />Agenda <br />6. Purchase of Athletic Field Lighting System from Musco Sports Lighting, LLC for Manette <br />Park Improvement Project Consent Agenda <br />B. FULL PRESENTATION PLANNED <br />1. Proposed Public Hearing and Resolution to adopt the 2019 CDBG/HOME Policy Plan; <br />and Announcement of the Release of the 2019 Notice of Funding Availability Public <br />Hearing <br />C. GENERAL COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />1. Public Safety & Parks Committee Briefing (5/9/18 Meeting) — Chair Leslie Daugs <br />2.
