Council Members present were Richard Huddy, Dino Davis, Greg Wheeler, Jerry <br /> McDonald, Leslie Daugs, and Pat Sullivan. Lori Smith, Legislative Assistant, was present to <br /> provide staff support. <br /> President Younger emphasized that the Study Session was open to the public but there would <br /> be no opportunities for input or participation; and announced that approved items by Council will <br /> be placed on the April 5, 2017 Council Meeting Agenda or as indicated... <br /> A. NO PRESENTATION PLANNED — The following items are budgeted items or subjects that <br /> have been raised with the appropriate Council Committee Members... <br /> 1. Interagency Agreement with the Washington State Department of Natural Resources for <br /> a Community Forestry Assistance Grant to fund an Urban Forest Management Plan <br /> Consent Agenda <br /> 2. Amendment No. 2 to the Janitorial Services Contract with A-1 Performance, Inc. to <br /> accommodate Washington State Minimum Wage Increases Consent Agenda <br /> 3. Ordinance to amend Chapter 2.88 of the Bremerton Municipal Code (BMC) entitled <br /> "Disability Action Committee" Consent Agenda <br /> 4.
