in. hand paid,
convey and quit claim to City of Bremerton, a municipal corporation,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of Kitaap~

Decatur Aero Tracts, and more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at a point N 01~47'a0" E 82.00 feet from
the intersection of the West margin of State Highway No. 21-B
with the South line of Lot 3, Tract 3, said Decatur Acre
Tracts; thence N 87'31'15" W 3.79 feet; thence N 0'51'00" E
60.01 feet. to the North line of said Lot 3, Tract 3; thence
S 87'31'15" E 1~.77 feet to the West margin of said State
Highway No. 21-BI thence S 01~1~7'20'' W along said West margin
60.00 feet to the point of beginning.
