Enclosed please find quit claim deed from L. A.
Bender and wife to the City of Bremerton for certain
property described as a portion of Lot 5, Block 2,
Bender's Addition, Kitsap County, Washington, which
should be held with your records in connection of the
acquisition of East side property for the new approaches
to the ~4anette Bridge.
This deed embraces the small piece of property upon
which the stone monument, erected by the D. A. R., was
previously located. You might bring this to the attention
of ~r. Wendell Vaa in connection with the bill submitted
for removal of the monument ~o its new location~
