and Lillian T. ~ualheim to the City of Bremerton for property
thereon described Situate in the Northwest ~ of Section 17,
and in the Northeast ¼ of Section 20, all in Township 24
North, Range l, West, W.l~i., which has been remrded in
Volume 515 of Deeds, on page 405, and filed under Auditor's
?to. 523187, records of the Auditor's office at Kitsap
County, Washington.
You will recall that this is a partial acquisition of
120 acres of the total of 300 acres, which is to be acquired
from ~. ~ualheim. As soon as certain irregularities relative
to the patent on the other lands, can be straightened out,
warranty deed to that portion of the property and title
insurance for the whole property will be forwarded to you
to b e held in file.
