for and in consideration of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other
valuable consideration, in hand paid, conveys and warrants to

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that on this il-t/-- day of June, A.D.1935,
before me, a notary public in and ror-the State of Washington,
duly commissioned, sworn and qualified, personally appeared
JAMES G. EDDY and L.B. STEDMAN, to me known to be the vice-
president and secretary, respectively, of the Port Blakely
Mill Company, the corporation that executed the within and
foregoing instrument, and acknowledged the said instrument to be
the free and voluntary act and deed of said corporation, for the
uses and purposes therein men~ioned, and on oath stated that they
were authorized to execute said instrument and that the seal
affixed is the corporate seal of said corporation.
