THAT,WHEREAS,the City of Bremerton is the owner of oertain land
hereinafter desoribed,whioh was turned over to said oity by the
owner for street purposes;out said oity does not desire to oon-
struot a street on this end of the lot but on the westerly end,
instead of the easterly end of the lots hereinafter desoribed;
and the parties who own the lots desire to deed to the said City of
Bremerton twenty-five feet off of the west end of said lots.to be
hereinafter desoribed,in exohange for thirteen feet to the east of
said lots;
NOW,THEREFORE,the City of Bremerton,by and through its City Commissicn,
hereby empower and direot tbe.Kayor of the City of Bremerton,to ex-
eoute a Qui t Claim deed oompleting the said exohange, same to be
attested by the City Clerk and sealed by the seal'of said oorpo-
ration and duly aoknowledged oompleting the transaotion as fol-
lows:
That Elmer E. Trask and Edna B. !Trask, husband anI) wUe,are

agrees hereby to transfer to the said Elmer E. Trask and wife the
following property,-
