QUIT-CLAIM DEED.
The Grantors, James Law, Henry Law, William Law and
John Dougherty, all of the City and county of San Francisco, State
of California, for and in consideration of the benefits received,
convey and quit-claim to the City of Bremerton, a municipal corpora-
tion of the County of Kitsap in the State of Washington, all in-
terest in the following described real estate:
Beginning at the intersection of Trenton Avenue
and Wynard Avenue; thence northerly along centerline
of Wynard Avenue 486.60 feet to point of curve of 10
per cent curve to right; thence along centerline of
curve to north line of south one-half of Lot 14, which
is the beginning of the following described property:
Being a strip of property 20 feet on each side or center-
line of 10 per cent curve to right to a point 739.47
feet from intersection of Trenton Avenue and Wynard
Avenue; tbence North 480 25' 36" East 5.15 feet; thence
on a 5 per oent curve to the left to the North line of
North one~ha1f of Lot 14, McTiegh's Garden Tracts.
