WHEREAS, at a regular.lI8et1ng of the Board
of Directors of the Dietz Building company, the proposi tion
of selling the hereinafter described real estate was duly
discussed and it was finally determined by said Directors
that it was to the best interest of said company to sell
said property,
NOW THEREFORE l be and it here by is,
RESOLVED, that the Dietz Building company,
sell unto tba CUy of Bremerton the foll-owing described
property, to-wi t:
Beginning at a poi nt on the west Ill!trgin of Warren
Avenue and 149 feet north of the northeast corner
of Block 3, Dietz Add it ion to Bremerton, Ki tsap
flounty, Washington; thence West 139.25 :Ceet more
or less to a point midway between th e west margin
of Warren Avenue and the East margin of Broadway
Avenue; thence north on a line midway between the
west margin of Warren Avenue and the East margin
of Broadway Avenue 319.07 teet to the sou~h margin
of Twelfth Street; thence East 138.89 feet to the

beginning, excepting such portion used for street
