WARRANTY DEED
The Grantors, John Pfenning and Margaretha Pfenning,
his wife now and at all times since acquiring ti tle to the
hereinafter described real property, for and in consideration
of the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty and no/lOJths ($950.00) Dollars,
in hand paid, convey and warrant unto the City of Bremerton,
a municipal corporation, the grantee, the following described
real estate, to-wit:
Tract 16, Tebbett's Decatur Acre Tracts,
situated in Kitsap County, State of Washington.
