Title Company containing, as page 43 thereof,
Certificate No.59551, dated May 22,1946 at 8:00 A.~.,
containing documents and recordings affecting the title
to the following'described real property situated in
Kitsap County,Washington, to-wit:

Kitsap County, Washington.
The said abstract shows that record title to the said
