THE GRANTORS, CORA E. PEPSINS, RUSSELL C. PEPSINS and THE
NATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE OF SEATTLE, Trustees of the Estate of
William D. Perkins, deceased, and CORA E. PESKINS, individually,
for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt of .which
is hereby acknowledged, grant, bargain, sell and convey to THE CITY
