QUIT CLAIN DEED
THE GRANTORS, L. A. Bender and Ellen S. Bender, his wife, of
the city of Bremerton, county of Kitsap, state of ~Vashington, for
and in consideration of One and no/100 ($1.00) Dollar, in hand paid,
convey and quit claim to City of Bremerton, a municipal corporation,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of Kitsap,
State of Washington:
A strip of land lying in and being a part of Lot
3, Block 2, Bender,s Addition to the Town of
Decatur, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West margin of State
Highway No. 21-B at its intersection with the South
line of Lot 3, Block 2, said Bender,s Addition;
thence S 79°43,19'' W along said South line of Lot 3
a distance of 3.36 feet; thence N 09°07,25" W 40.84
feet to the North line of said Lot 3; thence N 79°
43'19" E 2.84 feet to the West margin of said State
Highway No. 21-B; thence S 10°16,41'' E 40.83 feet
along said West margin to the point of beginning.
To be used for street purposes.
Together with an easement for the construction of a
retaining wall over and across the following des-
cribed property: Beginning at a point S 79043,19''
W 3.36 feet from the intersection of the West margin
of State Highway No. 21-B with the South line of Lot
3, Block 2, said Bender's Additi on; ithence continuing

feet to the North line of said Lot 3; thence N 79°43,

at the point of intersection of the West margin of

along said South line of Lot 4 a distance of 4.18
feet; thence E 09°07,25" W 40.84 feet to the North
line of said Lot 4; thence N' 79°43,19. E 3.36 feet
to the West mar~in of said State Highway No. 21-B;

margin to the point of beginning.
