Quit Claim Deed
THE GRANTOR, Grace Jack, a widow, of the city of Bremerton,
county of Kitsap, State of Washington,
for and in consideration of One and no/lO0- ( $1.O0)Dollar,
in hand paid,
conveys and quit claim Sto City of Bremerton, a municipal corporation,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of Kit ssp,
State of Washington:
A strip of land lyfngl~in and being a part of Lot
3, Tract 3, Decatur Acre Tracts, and more particu-
larly described as follows: Beginning at the point
of intersection of the West margin of State Highway
No. 21-B with the South line of Lot 3, Tract 5, said
Decatur Acre Tracts; thence N 87°31'15'' W 2.4§ feet;
thence N 0o$1'00'' E 17.00 feet; thence S 87o51,15"
E 2.?3 feet to the m~est margin of said State Highway
No. 21-B; thence S 01°47'20" W 17.00 feet along said
West margin to the point of beginning.
To be used for street purposes.
