Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot Twenty (20) of
Block Two (2), Fellow,s Addition to the Town of Decatur,
Kitsap County, ~ashington; thence South 87o30,50" East
and along the South side of said Lot 20 for a distance
of 12.46 feet; thence in a Northwesterly direction and
along a curve having a radius of 22.4 feet to the inter-
section of the West line of said Lot 20,thence South 01°
51'10" West and along the said West line of Lot 20, a
distance of 14.72 feet to the Southwest corner of said
Lot 20, the place of beginning. The property herein de-
scribed to be used for street purposes.

the auditor of Kitsap County, Washington, the following statement
shows the names of all parties claiming an interest in the follow-
ing described property in Kitsap County, Washington, to-wit:
Beginning at the southwest corner of lot 20, block 2,
Fellow's Addition to the Town of Decatur, according
to plat thereof recorded in volume 2 of Plats, page
65, records of said county; thence south 87°30'50"
east and along the south side of said lot 20 for a
distance of 12.46 feet; thence in a northwesterly
direction and along a curve having a radius of 22.4
feet to the intersection of the west line of said lot
20; thence south Ol°Sl'lO" west and along the said
west line of lot 20, a distance of 14.72 feet to the
southwest corner of said lot 20, the place of begin_ning.
