Dear Sir:
As shown by the official records in the office of the
auditor of Kitsap County, Washington, the following statement
shows the names of all parties claiming an interest in the
following described property in Kitsap County, Washington,
to-wit:
Ail that portion of lots 7, 8 and that portion, if any,
of lot 33, block B, Oyster Bay Addition to Port Orchard
Navy Yard, according to plat thereof recorded in volume
2 of Plats, page 63, records of said county, lying south
and east of right of way of State Highway No. 21; ALSO
The easterly portions of lots 9, 10 ~nd ~, block B,
Oyster Bay Addition to Port 0rchard~Navy Yard, according
to plat thereof recorded in volume 2 of Plats, page 63,
records of said county, more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of lot 11,
block B, Oyster Bay Addition to Port Orchard Navy Yard,
section 15, township 21 north, range 1 east, W. M.;
thence north 01017'26'' east 90.04 feet to the northeast
corner of lot 9; thence north 89021'28" west 69.00 feet
along the north line of said lot 9; thence south 36024'50"
east a distance of 112.82 feet to the point of beginning.
NOTE: According to State Highway maps in our files, all
of said lot 33 is included within the right of way
for State Highway No. 21. We also note thet all
of said lot 33 has been stricken from the County
Assessors roll with a notation that said lot is
"State Highway". We have given the record owner
of said lot 33 for the purpose of determining
ownership of any portion outside of said right of
way which may be disclosed after an accurate
survey has been mo. de.
OWNERS:

owners of said portions of lots 7, 8, 9, 10 and 33; amd
R. W. WATERSTON and GENEVIEVE WATERSTON, his wife,
owners of said portion of lot 11.
This certificate is made without regard to the suf-
ficiency of the title in ~he above parties.
The liability under this certificate is limited to
not exceeding the sum of $7.50.
