the State of Washington hereby certifies that it has made
a careful search of the official records of Kitsap County,
Washington, relating to the title to the following described
property in said county:

The South 30 feet of Tract 10, Blackwell's Garden
Tracts, as per volume 3 of Plats on page 44, records of
Kitsap County;
and finds from such search that the title to s aid property
stands of record in the name of GEORGE E. FELTS AND NYDA H.
FELTS, his wife, presumptively community property, free and
clear of all liens and encumbrances of record~ except:
1. Taxes for the year 1947 amomating to :~i;4.49 on this and
other property.
2. Mortgage made by George E. Felts and Nyda H. Felts, husband
and wife, to First Federal Savings .~'~ Loan Association of Bremerton,
a USA Corporation, dated May 23, 1946, -filed for record ~ffay 24,
1946 as Auditor's File No. 428174 and recorded in volume 424 of
Mortgages on page 203, records of Kitsap County, Washington, to
secure the performance of the provisions, stipulations and
covenants thereof, including the payment of the principal sum of
Sixty Five Hundred Dollars (',.~6500.00) with interest according
to the terms and conditions of one note dated May 23, 1946, made
by the mortgagors to the mortgagee.
Liability under this report is lira_ted to the amount paid
therefor.
