adopted on the 29th day of October, 1947, to sell the real prop-
erty hereinafter described to Clyde N. Mosbarger and Myrtle M.
Mosbarger, his wife, upon payment of the sum of $150.00 to the
City of Bremerton and the City Cmmcil is of the opinion that
said aala ia for the best interests of the City of
NO~ THEREFORE, in pureuax~e of ~aid resolution, the City of
Bre~erton, a m~ieipal corporation, of the State of ~ashington,
by the~e presents for, and in consideration of the su~ of $150.00,
to-wit, in hand paid, conveys and quit clain~ to Clyde N. Yeabarger
and Myrtie M. Mosbarger, his wife, all of its right, title and
interest amd to the following described real property either in
its own name or as trastee for any local improvement district or
the hol~ers of the bonds thereof, to-wits
East ten (10) feet of Lot 13, Block 11, L.S. Rowe,s first
Addition to Bremerton, according to the official plat
thereof, situated in Xiteap County, State of Washington
This deed is ~ade pursuant to and ,~aer the authority of
Section 9384 of Re~ington,e ~vi~ed Statutes of the ~tate of
Washington.

potation of the Co~ty of Xiteap, State of Washingto~, h~e caused
these presents to he signed by the Mayor and attested by tho City
