THE PORT ORCHARD ABSTRACT AND TITLE CONPANY,
a Corporation organized and existing under the laws of the
State of Washington, hereby certifies that it has made a
careful search of the official records of Kitsap County,
Washington, relating to the title to the following described
property in said county:
The South 20 feet of the following described
Parcel: The East 2 acres of the South half of the Northwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter;
Section lB, Township 24 North, Range I East, W.
and finds from such search that the title to said property
stands of record in the name of JENNIE KELLY, also appearing
of record as JANNETTE KELLY, an unmarried woman, as her separate
property, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances of record,
except:
1. Bremerton mu~cipal assessments in Local Improvement D~ trict
No. 229 on page 77, Ordinance No. 1706, for Capitol Hill Sewer
on property herein described and other property. Original assess-
ment w~s $300.96 payable in 8 annual installments with 4% interest.
The first payment will be due May 25th, 1948. No payments have
been made.
2. An easement for water pipe, as disclosed by contract entered
into between Lucy Chalfant and J. R. Kelly, in fulfillment of the
terms of which, deed issued to the said J.R. Kelly. Said con~ract
recites that Lucy Chalfant shall have the right to cut into the
water main above the meter, now running over and across the said
described land and connect therewith a service pipe to convey water
to h~r land adjoining the property herein described.
3. Easement as disclosed by instrunent dated February 16,
filed October 23, 1942, recorded in volume 324 of Deeds on page
100, as Auditor,s File No. 367979, records of Kitsap County,
Washington, being an easement to maintain and use two power and communi-
cation line poles over property hereindescribed, as granted by Jennie
Kelly, to the United States of America; reference to which record is
hereby made for further particulars.
Lia~ility under this report is limited to the amount paid therefor.
