State of Washington, hereby certifies that it has made a
careful search of the officiel records of Kitsap County,
Washington, relating to the title to the following described
property in said county:
The South 20 feet of the following described
parcel: The East 1 acre of the West 3 acres of the
South half of Northwest quarter of Northwest quarter of
Southeast quarter of Section 15, Township 24 North, Range
1 East, W. M.; situate in Kitsap County, Washington.
and finds from such search that the title to said property
stands of record in the name of MELVIN L. MORRISON AND
DOROTHY L. MORRISON, his wife, presumptively community
property, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances
of record, except:
1. 1948 taxes in the amount of $30.36 on property herein
described and other property.
2. Capitol Hill Sewer, Local Improvement District No. 229,
Ordinance No. 1706, in the amount of $160.49 and interest,
becomes payable May 25th, 1948.
3. Easement as disclosed by instrument dated February 16,
1942, filed October 23, 1942, as Auditor's File No. 367981,
and recorded in volume 324 of Deeds on page 103, records of
Kitsap County, Washington, being an easement to maintain and
use two power and communication line poles, with wires and
appurtenances over property herein described, as granted by
M. A. Pauly and Mrs. M. A. Pauly, his wife, to the United States
of America; reference to which record is hereby made for further
particulars ·
