KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Bremerton
Concrete Products Co. Inc., a corporation, and the estate of
Maria Hitzl, deceased, the grantors, in consideration of the
benefits and other valuable consideration and the sum of
One ($1.00) Dollar cash in hand paid, receipt whereof is here~by
acknowledged by the grantors, do hereby convey and quit claim
unto the city of Bremerton, a municipal corporation, the grantee,
the following described real property situated in the city of
Bremer ton, Kitsap County, State of Washington, to-wit:
A strip of land twenty (20) feet wide,
being the South 20 feet of the following
described real property:
Part of Government Lot l, Section 14,
Township 24 N, Range I E. W.M., beginning
430 feet West of the Southeast corner Lot l;
thence West 330 feet; thence North 772.96 feet;
thence East 330 feet; thence South 772.96 feet
to beginning, except a strip 40 feet in width
in center if running North and South for
street,
and the grantors, the owners of said property, do hereby accept
th~ said benefits and other valuable consideration and the said
sum of $1.00, in full settlement of all claims for damages which
n~v exist or may hereafter arise out of any digging, grading,
grubbing, cutting, filling, or Obherwise using or improving the
real property herein described.
