DEDICATION FOR STREET PURPOSES
Comes now the City of Bramerton, a municipal corpora-
~on, grantor, and hereby dedicates the following described
real property owned by the City of Bremerton to ~e public
for street purposes, to be used as a part of an extension
of N~ Avenue in the City of Bre~rton, to-wit:
The West twenty (20) feet of the following
described property:
Part of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest
~uarter of Section 14, Township 24 N. R. i E,
beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 5,
Block l, Hugh T. Nilliams' Acre Tracts;
thence West 331.42 feet; thence South 258 feet;
thence East 331.42 feet; thence North 258 feet
to beginning, situated in Kitsap County,
State of Washington.
