foreclosed upon the hereinafter 5escribed property for delinajuent
taxes thereon, ~.d the City of Jfremerton has ~paid delinquent
a~ sessments upon the s~d ~,opert- duly levied in different local
i.provement districts, and has paid the taxes thereon as by law
provided and now holds said property in trust, and
,C!L[iEAS, the 0ity Commission of the City of bre~'~ur ton, at
its regular meeting on the 9th day of April, 1938, by due and
legal action taken and by resolution duly adopted, determined to con-
vey.its interest in a~ to said property upon the payfoent of tf~ sum
of ;]110.00 to ~e City of ,~rawerton, and did then and ttmre autLorize
the Mayor ~d City Clerk thereof to execute a deed to said property
to lJaurice L. ?;allis and Eulalie V..,al!is, h~ wife, on the payment
by the said .fal]is and ~ife of the said s~n of all0.00,

Bremerton, a m~icipal corooration of the State of .as~ington, by
these presents, for and in consideration of the s~ of One Hundred
Ten and no/100ths (~110.00) Dollars, to it in hand paid, conveys and

all of its ~ght, title and inter st in and to the following described

9395, Remington's Revised Stetutes of tke Etate of b~ashington.

WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton is the owner of the herein
after described prooerty as trustee for certain local improve-
ment districts and the bondholders of said districts,and did,

authorizing the May_or., and City Clerk of said city to sell said

RESOLUTION.
THAT, WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton is the owner of Lots
South 45 feet of lot 4,Blk. 8,W~rren Smiths Acre Trao~s,Xit~p
CO. ,Wash.
AND, WHEREAS, Mastics L.Wmllis is desirous of purchasing
the said lots and has made offer of $110.00 as full purchase
price thereof; the sum of $~2.00 to be paid in cash and the
remainder of $$~.00 to be paid in monthly installments of
$5.00 , plus interest from date at 7% per annum;
AND, WHEP~AS, the City Commission of the City of Bromer-
ton considers the price and terms above mentioned to bo

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Commission of the City of Bromer-
ton, hereby empower and direct the Mayor of the City of
Bromerton to execute a real estate contract, embodying tho
above terms, ssme to be attested by the City Clerk, and the
