said sale, they will re-convey said real property to ~e City of
Bre~rton upon demand, free and clesr of all liens, c~ims, c~rges
and demands of eve~ kind, n~t~e and description incurred while
said real property was in their possession, on re-pa~ent to ~hem
of the exact p~rc~se price paid to ~he first party by ~e second

NOVf ~R~0EE, it is understood and agreed by ~d between
the first party and ~he second parties ~hat for a good and
valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
by ~e~~ t~e second ~rties agree'to execute and ~eli~r
to the first p~ty a good ~d valid deed, conveying the following
described p~perty ~o the fid'st party, free and cleCr of any ~axes,
assessments, liens, claims or lnc~brances of any kind, nat~e
or description whatsoever placed thereon bythe second parties,
upon payment of the s~ of Nine Hundred (~900.00) Dollars:
