for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and reciprocal benefits
convey s and ,uit claimS toTHE CITY OF BREMERTON, a Municipal Corporation,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of Kitsap
State of Washington including any interest therein which grant~ ~y hereafter acquire:
A non-exclusive easement previously reserved for the benefit
of the Public for public sewer purposes over and across a strip
of land 30.0 feet in width and being 15.0 feet on each side
of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northwest quarter
'of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 15,
Twp. 24 N., R 1 EWM; thence South 1°12'59'' West along the West line
thereof 43.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
South 42°01'41'' West 84.56 feet; thence South 58000'35'' West
70 feet, more or less, to the shoreline of Oyster Bay.
ALSO together with a non-exclusive easement previously
reserved for the benefit of the Public for Public Sewer purposes
over and across that portion of the South 20.0 feet of the
following described tract:
That portion of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the .SW 1/4 of
Section 15, Twp. 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M., described as
follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Section 15;
thence South 88°41'29" East 1315.78 feet to the southeast corner

1°12'59'' East along the north-south centerline of the SW 1/4
of said Section 15 for a distance of 2001.49 feet to the
southwest corner of the N~ 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
said Section 15; thence South 88045'45'' East along the south
line thereof 192.17 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of
the tract herein described; thence North 35036'32'' East 88.21
feet; thence North 1°12'59'' East 330.00 feet; thence North
41°02'21'' West 354.51 feet to an iron pipe set in a monument
case and which is hereby designated as point "A" of this
description; thence North 1°14'50'' East 2.05 feet to a point
on the north line of said NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4;
thence South 88°47'10" East along said north line 657.40 feet
to the northeast corner of said NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SW
1/4; thence South 1°17'00'' West along the east line thereof 312.08
feet to the northwesterly margin of State Highway No. 21 (Kitsap
Way); thence along said highway margin with the following courses,
South 47°52'57'' West 58.47 feet; thence South 42007'03'' East 30.00
feet; thence South 47052'57'' West 371.00 feet to the beginning of
a spiral curve to the right having a centerline "a" value of 2 1/2
as defined by the Washington State Department of Highways; thence
along the arc of said spiral curve 56.5 feet, more or less, to the
south line of said NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SW1/4; thence
leave said highway margin and run North 88045'45'' West along the
south line of said NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 for a
distance of 135.45 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
EXCEPT that portion of the above tract contained within that
certain strip of land conveyed to City of Charleston by deed
recorded in VOL. 89 of Deeds, PG. 60, Deed Records of Kitsap
County, Washington and designated therein for public highway
purposes.
ALSO, that portion of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section
15, Twp. 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M., being a portion of "Parcel
5" as described in deed of Auditor's File #984244, said portion
being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at an
iron pipe set in a monument case heretofore designated as point
"A" in the tract first above described; thence North 1~14'50''
East 2.05 feet to a point on the south line of said SE 1/4 of the
NW 1/4; thence South 88°47'10'' East along said south line 26.39
feet to a point which bears South 88°47'10'' East 30.00 feet from
the southwest corner of said SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING; THENCE North 1~06'50'' East 23.06 feet; thence South
88"53'10'' East 401.09 feet; thence South 76~55'10'' East along a
line which is parallel with and 40.00 feet southwesterly (when
measured at right angles) from the south line of those certain
tracts of land as described in deeds of Auditor's File #792572 and
827129, for a distance of 115.50 feet to the south line of said
SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; thence North 88°47'10'' West along said
south line 514.09 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
The last above described tract is intended to comprise
"Parcel 5" as described in deed of Auditor's File #984244
EXCEPTING therefrom the north 25.00 feet and the west 30.00
feet.
