The following described real estate, situated in the
County of Kitsap, State of Washington, including any after
acquired title:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Government
Lot 2, Section 11, Township 24 North, Range 1
East, W.M.; thence South 89*36'00" East, 206 feet;
thence South 0"06'17" East, 309.49 feet to the
true point of beginning, said true point of ~e-
~inning being on the northerly margin of Sheridan i~ ·
Road; thence continuing South 0"06'17" East 28,03
feet to the centerline of Sheridan Road as shown

SUBJECT: Deed Transfering portion of Sheridan Road
from Kitsap County to City of Bremerton
The attached Quit Claim Deed from the Board of County
Commissioners is for that portion of the north side of
Sheridan Road in the vicinity of Lebo Boulevard as shown on
the attached map. This short stretch of Sheridan Road right-
of-way is the only portion of the west end which lies in the
county. It is recommended that the deed be accepted, checked
by the City Attorney and recorded.
