SUBJECT: Right-of-Way Sheridan Road
On 1 November 1974 Isaac and Jean Soriano signed a warranty deed
which deeded a small strip of property on Sheridan Road needed for
sidewalk construction. The deed was sent to the court house by
Soriano, recorded and returned to him. This office has made an
attempt without success to obtain possession of the original deed
in order that the City Clerk may file it with the City's records.
Since the property is now owned legally by the City it is recon~nended
that the attached copy of the deed be accepted and filed with the
City Clerk.
