THE GRANTOR, BREMERTON SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 100-C,
Kitsap County, Washington, for and in consideration of the
cash sum of $72,900.00, in hand paid, conveys and warrants
to THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON, the following described
real estate, situate in the County of Kitsap, State of
Washington:
The North 90 feet of Lot 1, and all of Lot 7, Tract 1, of
Warren Smith's Acre Tracts, as per plat recorded in Volume 2
of Plats, page 51, records of Kitsap County;
Lots 1 through 8, inclusive, Block 5, and Lots 1, 2, 3, 10 and
11, of Block 4, Central Addition to Bremerton, as per plat
recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, page 103, records of Kitsap
County; EXCEPT that portion of said Lots 10 and 11, Block 4,
lying South and West of the following described line:
BEGINNING at a point on the East line of Lot 10, Block
Central Addition to Bremerton, 118 feet north of the southeast
corner of said lot, said point being the true point of be§inning
of the line to be described; thence west 40 feet, more or
less, to a point which is 126.25 feet east of the west line of
said Block 4 and 118 feet north of the south line of said
Block 4; thence north parallel to the west line of said Block
4, 90 feet; thence west to the west line of said Lot 11, and
the terminus of described line.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said municipal corporation has
caused this instrument to be executed by its proper officers

said municipal corporation, for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned, and on oath stated that they are authorized to
execute the said instrument.
