Fnclosed you will find a nroperly execL, ted Deed to some wekerfrent
property which my wife end I own on the Tracyton 8each Reed.
Thi~ is in the area which h~c been discussed ~n the past, ~md al!~
quite recently, as property the City would like to ecouire for
scenic park and drive. My wife and I have decided thet we wou~d
li!<e to give the C~ty our portion of the property to be used for
park purposes, and here~.~th deed the same to the Cit~, of Brsmerton.
As best es I can determine from the legal description and
bonnfit of e survmy~ the property ha~ epproximately i~8 feel
frontage on the Tracy!~on Beach Road~ is approximately 96 feet in
depth and has a width of 119.~ feet at the meander line. The
total area it contains is aOproximatmly 1~,768 square feet,
ing to my calculations.
We hope that this will help in the eventual development of this
park plan.
