As per your instructions we have received a deed £rom the ~alen's,
a preliminary title report and prepared your closing statement.
The amount necessary to close is ~672~.63, which includes pro-rated
taxes and recording fees. Prom the proceeds o£ the sale we
will pay all remaining expenses £or the aeller.
