State of Washington including any interest therein which grmntor may heremfter acquire:
Commencing at the one-quarter corner common to Sections 1 & 2,
Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M.; thence South 89o56'50'' West
for a distance of 1298.03 feet to the East line of the plat of First Addition
to Valle-Hi as recorded in the Kitsap County Auditor's Office; thence
North 02°24'20'' East for a distance of 103.08 feet to the Northeast
corner of said plat; thence North 89°44'45'' West along the North line of
said plat for a distance of 619.40 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continuing North 89°44'45'' West for a distance of 320.45 feet; thence
North 02°14.'40'' East for a distance of 30.00 feet; thence
South 89044'45'' East for a distance of 320.45 feet; thence
South 02°14'40'' West for a distance of 30.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
Said tract of land being conveyed for purposes of installing and maintaining
a sanitary.sewer line.
