IN THE M~ATTER OF Primary State Highway No. 21, Lost L~ke to Gorst.
THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, for and in consideration of mutual benefits, hereby
conveys and quitclaims unto CITY_ OF B[~iERTON, a municipal corporation, all its
right, title and interest, except as hereinafter set forth, in and to the follow-
lng described property situated in Kitssp County, State of Wsshington:
All that portion of the East half of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter of the Northeast qaarter of Section l, Township 23 North, Range 1
West, W.M., lying Northwesterly of s line drawn parsllel with and l~O feet
Northwesterly, when measured at right angles, from the centsr line of
Primary Stste High~ay No. 21, Lost Lake to Gorst.
EXCEPT that the grantee herein, its successors or assigns, shall have no
right of ingress an~ egress to, from and between Primary State Eighway No. 21,
Lost Lake to Gorst, and the lands herein conveyed; nor shall the grantee, its
successors or assigns, be entitled to compensstion for sny loss of light, view snd
air occasioned by the location, construction, maintensnce or operation of said
highwsy.
The l~nds herein conveyed contain an area of ~2~ square feet, more or less,
the specific details concerning all of which are to be found within that certain
map of definite location now of record and on file in the Office of the Director
of Highways at Olympia, Washington, and bearing date of approval July 9, 1917,
and the center line of which is also shown of record in Book "A" of Highway Plats,
p~ge h, records of Kitsap County.

Except as heretofore set forth, the lands herein described are not required
for State Highway purposes snd sre conveyed pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
13, Laws of 1961.
