the following described real estate, situated in the County of Kitsap
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:
A portion of Lot 12, Block 7, Town of Decatur as recorded in Volume 1 of
Plats, page 67, Records of KitsaD County, Washington, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 12; thence easterly on
the north line of said Lot 12 a distance of lh feet; thence southwesterly
to the southwesterly line of said Lot 12 to a point which lies 15 fee~
southeasterly from the northwest corner of said Lot 12; thence
northwesterly on said southwesterly line to the northvest corner of
Lot 12 and the point of beginning.
