the following described real estate, situated in the County of t~itsap
State of Washington inoluding any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:
That portion of Lot lB, Block 12, Nidway Addition, as recorded in
Volume 4 of Plats, page 70, Records of Kitsap County, Washington, described
as follows: 8eginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 16; thence Northerly
along the Easterly margin of said Lot lB a distance of 20 feet; thence South-
westerlV in a straight line to a point on the Southerly margin of said Lot 16,
which lies 40 feet Westerly from the Point of Beginning; thence Easterly on the
Southerly msrgih of said Lot 16, a distance of 40 feet to Point of Beginning.
