described as follows: Beginning at the S.W. corner of the N. ½ of the N.E. 5
of said N.E. 5 of the N.W. 5, and running thence N. 0°00'05" W., along the
W. line thereof, 16.89 ft. to the true point of beginning of the tract herein
described; thence S. 0"00'05" E. ll2 ft.; thence E. 198 ft., more or less, to
the E. line of the W. 1½ acres af the So ½ of the N.E. ~ of.said NoE. ¼ of the
N.W. 5; thence N., along said E. line, to the S. line of said N. ~ of the
N.E. ~ of the N.E, 5 of the N.W. 5; ther~.e alo_ng said S. line to a point
which is 200 ft. E. of the W. line of said N. ½ of the N.E. 5 of the N.'g. ~ of the N.W.~;
thence N., parallel to said W. line 37 ft., more or less, to a point on an old
fence line which bears N. 84o51'53" E. from the true point of beginning; thence

release and discharge from the lien of said mortgage the following described portion of the mortgaged premises,
situate in the County of KitSap , State of Washington, to-wit: The Westerly 30
ft. of the following described property: That portion of the N.E.,l of the N.W.~X of
Section 11, Township 24 No~rth, Range 1 East, W.M., described as follows: Beginning at
the S.W. corner of the N. ~ of the N.E.~ of said N.E. ~! of the N.W.~A, and running thence
N. 0000,05'' W.: along the W. l~e thereofs 16.89 ft. to the true point of begirming of
the tract here~n described; thence S. 0000'05'' E. 112 ft.: thence E. 198 ft.. more or
