The Grantors, GEORGE C. BRADSHAW and MARY E. BRADSHAW, his
wife, LYDIA M. SCHUMACHER, a widow; W. L. MURPHY and VERA MURPHY,
his wife, for and in consideration of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other
good and valuable consideration, convey and quit claim to the City
of Bremerton, a municipal corporation, the following described real
estate, situated in Kitsap County, Washington, including any inter-
est therein which grantors may hereafter acquire;
The Westerly 40 feet of that portion of Tract 14,
Phinney 2½ Acre Tracts, according to plat thereof
recorded in Volume 5 of Plats, page l, records of
said County, described as follows: Beginning 125
feet east of the Northwest corner of said Tract
14; thence South in a direct line to intersection
with East line of CorbetDrive; thence Southeasterly
along the East line of Corbet Drive to North line
of State Highway Number 21; thence Easterly along
the Northerly line of State Highway Number 21 50
feet; thence North 200 feet, more or less, to the
North line of Tract 14; thence West 60 feet to the
point of beginning; EXCEPT portion thereof conveyed
to the State of Washington for primary State High-
way Number 21 by deed recorded under Auditor's file
No. 363544, records of said County.
