WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton0 a municipal co~p~ration
was the Grantor in a certain deed and the Kltsap County Humane
Society, Xnc., was the Grant~, and
WHEREAS, by mutul mistake made by the Grantor and the
Grantee in the location and description of & certain parcel of
property, this Deed is made to correct the desoription in that
Warranty Deed made by the Grantor to the Grantee, dated September,
26, 1962, and filed for record November 16, 1962, and recorded
Volume 764 Deeds at Page 419, records of Kitsap County, State of
Washington, in this; that the description should have been, to-wit~
A portion of Section 22, Townhip 24 North, Range 1
East, W.M., being a portion of Lot 21, Block 17, and
of the vacated Nebraska Street and vacated "A" Street,
Plat of Navy Yard City, more particularly described
as follows ~
Beginning at the Section Corner coaunon to Sections 21,
22, 27 and 28, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M.,
thence S 89°29'10" E along the Section Line common
to Sections 22 and 27, a distance of 277.69 feet to

S 18023'20" W, 4.69 feet to the Section Line common
