REVOCABLE PE~IT FOR ACCESS ROAD
CITY OF BREMERTON, the Permittor, in consideration of the provisions
and conditions hereinafter contained, hereby grant the b~NIP]~D STATES OF
~4ERICA, Department of the Interior, acting through the Bonneville Power
Administration (16 U.S. Cone 832 et~ seq.) the Permittee, permission to use
the existing private roads now located or wherever relocated upon, over, and
across the Permittor's land in the W~ of Section 29, NE~NE~ of Section 30,
and the E½SE% of Section 19, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, Willamette
Meridian, Kitsap County, Washington, as access roads for ingress and egress
to Permittee's electric Power transmission line and right of way in the
vicinity.
The permission hereby granted is subject to the following provisions
and conditions:
1. The Permittee is not to assign or transfer this Permit except on
and by the written consent of the Permittors.
2. The Permittee is not to be considered as acquiring under this
Permit any permanent interest of whatever nature in the land of the Per-
mittors.
3. The Permittors have the right to revoke this Permit upon 180
calendar day~ written notice to the Permittee. Said notice Lo be sufficient
when served by mail deposited in a United States Post Office and addressed
to the Bonneville Power Administrator, P.O. Box 3537, Portland 8, Oregon.
4. No Member of or Delegate to Congress or Resident Commissioner
shall be admitted to any share or part of this Permit or to any benefit
that ~aay arise therefrom, but this restriction shall not be construed to
extend to this Permit if made with a corporation for its general benefit
(41 U.S. Code 22).
5. The Permittee and its employees shall have the right on entry
at reasonable times after notification to the supervisor of the Bremerton
Water Shed of the proposed time of entry and departure. The Permittee and
its employees must observe all the sanitary provisions, rules and reg-
ulations of the Health Department and the City of Bremerton. This Permi~
shall be revocable upon 30 days notice if the Permittee fails to comply
with Section five of this Permit.
