and ~IE C. LEWIS, husband and wife, do hereby grant and convey to the C~ty
of Bremerton, a m~jc~pal corpor~t~on, and sts successors and assigns, a
perpetual easement in the het~e~naFter 6escr]bed real property for any pub-
l~c utilities, ~ncludfin~ sewer and water lines and telephone and power
cables whffch may now be ~der the s~face of said property, end a perpet-
ual easement in, to, upon and over the East 15 feet of the said follow-
flag described re~l proper~y, to install, maintain and repair any publ]~c
util]t~es and serv~ces including, but not limited to, sewer, water sad
g~s lines and telephone an~] power cables.
