(End of Schedule B) ///! ,I / , ~ ~/~ March 10 1966 Pioneer National Title Insurance Company Kitsap County Office 523 Fourth Street Bremerton, Washington Attn: D. V. Jones Dear Dorland: With reference to Order No. J-51037 by the City of Bremerton on a proposed purchase by the City from Christian Assembly Church you requested satisfactory showing of auth- orization by the Church for such sale in accordance with the By-Laws and discipline. I talked to Reverend Svenhard and he tells me that Mrs. Ragsdale handled the sale by the Church o~ conveyance of property in approximately April of 1965 to a Jim Miller of Miller-Reynolds. It may be that in that transaction you have the documents you sought and noted in y~A~..Title Report. Reverend Svenhard has not come up with anything else other than what is called "Suggested Constit- ution and By-laws", which includes much interlineation and does not appear to be a final or completed document. I enclose herewith a document Reverend Svenhard gave me pumporting to be the record of a meeting authorizing the sale. For whatever use or benefit it may be in conjunction with the other documents you have, you may have it. If you find that authority lies in the Church to make the conveyance. and that Reverend Svenhard or some other person is the proper signator, I would appreciate your indicating at the earlieslt opportunity. We are anxious to proceed with this purchase. Very truly yours, GERARD N. FISHER
