THE GRANTOR BREMERTON SCHOOL DISTRICT 100-C, for and in
consideration of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration
conveys and quit claims to CITY OF BREMERTON, a Municipal Corporation,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of Kitsap,
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may
hereafter acquire:
The South l0 feet of Lots 9, 10,
ll, and 12, Sheppard Addition,
Situated in Kitsap County, Wash-
ington.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument
to be executed by its proper officers and its corporate seal to be
hereunto affixed this 2.6 day of May , 1966.

commissioned and sworn, personally appeared George M. H. Dibblee,
to me known to be the President and Lawrence W. Winderl, Secretary,
respectively, of Bremerton School District 100-C, the corporation
that executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged the said
instrument to be the free and voluntary act and deed of said corp-
oration, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and on oath
stated that they authorized to execute the said instrument and that
the seal affixed is the corporate seal of said corporation.

of Bremerton School District 100-C, May 26, 1966.
