and interest in and to the above described property shall, at its option,
revert to and become the property of the United States of Amriea, ~hich,
in addition to all other remedies for such breach, shall have an i~nsdiato
right of entry thereon and the said Grantee, its successors or asaigUs,
sh~l forfeit all right, title and interest in and to the above described
