THE GRANTOR Clyde Harrison Avery and Lillian Phyllis Avery, his wife
for and in consideration of For Road Purposes and in lieu of condemnation
convey and quit claim to City of Bremrt~n
the following described real estate, situated in the County of Kitsap
State of Washington:
Together with all after acquired title of the grantor therein:
That portion of the northwest quarter of the northwest quar*~r of the
southeast quarter of Section 2, township 24 north, range 1 east, W.M.
described as follows:
Cemmancing at the south eno-quarter corner of said section 2; thence
north 2009'57" east along the no, th and south centerline of said Section 2
a distance of 2158.82 feet; thence mouth 88035' east 30.00 feet te the
east margin of Pime Read smd the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the tract
herein described; thence south 88035' east 329.14 feet more or less to
a point on the west line of the Plat ef ,Valle-Hi which bears north
2e14'40" east 10.00 feet from a concrete monument en the centerline ef
Pearl Street; thence south 2°14'40" west 40.00 feet; thence north
88035' west 32~.10 feet to the east margin of Pine Road; thence north
2009'57" east long said margin 40.00 feet to the ~dE POINT OF BEGINNING.
This deed is given in lieu of condemnatinn and no excise tax need
be paid or tax stamps affixed.
